Fuji Recipes is a mobile application that allows Fujifilm camera owners to read, edit, and write film simulation recipes to their camera over USB-C. The app also provides a community gallery where users can share and download recipes created by other photographers.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fuji Recipes. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
To access community features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your profile, shared recipes, and uploaded photos will be removed from the community gallery.
Fuji Recipes uses Apple's ImageCaptureCore framework to communicate with your Fujifilm camera over USB-C. When you initiate a write operation, the app modifies the custom preset slot (C1–C7) you have selected on your camera.

The community gallery allows users to share recipes and sample photos with other Fuji Recipes users. By sharing content to the gallery, you agree to the following:
You may only upload recipes, photos, titles, descriptions, and other content that you own or that you have the legal right and permission to share. Do not upload recipes, recipe text, sample images, screenshots, presets, or other content copied from another photographer, creator, website, community, publication, or social media account unless you have that creator's explicit permission.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for obtaining all rights, licenses, releases, and permissions needed to share it. This includes copyright permissions, rights of publicity, privacy rights, model or property releases where required, and permission from anyone whose work, likeness, name, handle, or identifying information appears in your content.
By posting content to the gallery, you represent and warrant that your content does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, contract right, or other right of any person or organization. You agree not to falsely claim another creator's recipe or photo as your own.
You retain ownership of any recipes and photos you share. By posting to the gallery, you grant Fuji Recipes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, display, distribute, and use your content within the app, related services, and promotional materials for Fuji Recipes. You may revoke this license for future use by deleting your content from the gallery, except that copies may remain where technically necessary for backups, security, legal compliance, or prior lawful uses.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, abusive, misleading, spam, unrelated to photography and film simulation recipes, or that infringes or misappropriates another person's intellectual property or other rights. We have no tolerance for objectionable content, abusive users, impersonation, or stolen creator content.
We may review, hide, remove, edit, reject, or disable access to any content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms, may expose Fuji Recipes or users to legal risk, or is otherwise harmful to the community. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these rules.
Recipes and photos shared by other users remain the property of their respective creators. They are provided for personal use within Fuji Recipes and on your own camera. You may not copy, scrape, bulk-download, repost, sell, publish, redistribute, or use other users' recipes or photos outside of the app without their permission.
If you believe content in Fuji Recipes infringes your rights, contact us with enough information to identify the content and your ownership or authorization. We may remove disputed content while we review the complaint and may disable accounts that upload infringing content.
Fuji Recipes may offer premium features through in-app subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.
Subscription details including pricing, billing frequency, and included features are displayed in the app before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
The Fuji Recipes app, including its design, code, interface, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app.
"Fujifilm" and Fujifilm camera model names are trademarks of Fujifilm Corporation. Fuji Recipes is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fujifilm Corporation.
Fuji Recipes is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that USB communication with your camera will be successful in every scenario. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any user-submitted recipe or photo in the community gallery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuji Recipes and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, without limitation, any damage to your camera, loss of data, loss of camera presets, or inability to use the app.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or any subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Fuji Recipes at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the community gallery, or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the service. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of Fuji Recipes after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
